This training immerses teachers into the RM Formula, learning how to break down advanced technique into its fundamental elements, to get dancers leveling up quickly, and safely.

Class 3: Activating and Sustaining a Powerful Rotation

Class 4: Finding Strength in Movement and Increasing our Jump/Leap Capacity

In this training, we take all the knowledge from your Level 1 Certification + our Props Advantage training to the next level. (Level 1 is required before choosing this track) 

This training immerses teachers into dynamic progressions- working through complex weight shifting and direction changes, moving between parallel and external rotation with speed and efficiency, and understanding how to activate power-even from abstract placement. 

To build the alignment and power for these progressions, we reverse engineer the final goal with exercises designed around props.

Working with all new props, this training will help challenge your dancers and get them to quickly understand higher levels of technique and movement efficiency.

In this training, we focus directly on your 7-9 year old dancers. This age is where dancers struggle to transition from their preschool/young elementary training into more competitive training levels.

We dive deep into how 7-9 year olds learn and where they are developmentally. We focus on what transforms before dancers reach 9 years old- and break down how we can nurture their technique in this pivotal stage to work safely with their bodies and also give them solid fundamentals to build skills quickly upon.

This training is perfect for teachers wanting to engage their younger dancers in a way that will allow them to access much higher levels of technique with confidence and safety.

This one day will dynamically change your dancers' relationship to their movement.
